Bio:

My name is Sophie, and I am a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you know there are things you need to work through but aren’t sure how to begin. I offer a warm, safe space where you can explore whatever is on your mind. Being truly heard and understood is a vital part of counselling. I can offer a caring environment where you feel comfortable bringing whatever you are carrying, and together, we can work through it. I support both adults and teenagers with a range of issues, including anxiety and self-esteem to family issues and many more

After working at Barnet Bereavement, this is something I have an expertise in. I feel in bereavement has no length of time to and this can take a short time or a long time to process, but we can work through whatever grief you are carrying.
