Job title: Integrative Psychotherapist

Pronouns: She/her

Email: [email protected]

Bio:

Andrea is a UKCP accredited and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist, working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. She has over a decade of experience working in both primary and secondary schools as a support staff member and, subsequently, school therapist, seeing staff and students.

With children and adolescents, Andrea uses a variety of techniques to understand their inner world, whilst boosting confidence, self-awareness and supporting their individual emotional needs. These techniques include sandtray therapy, art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness and talking therapy. Andrea encourages working alongside parents/care-givers in reflective sessions, exploring their insights and how their past might be impacting their present life with their child.

With adults and couples, Andrea specialises in intergenerational trauma. She helps adults and couples nurture their inner child when there have been complex family dynamics growing up. Andrea is a believer in journeying with you, exploring your trauma and your past at your pace.
