Introduction

As a family-run business with an unwavering desire to help others, our aim is to make the process of renting a therapy room as streamlined and seamless as possible while adding extra help and benefits that generate a real sense of community among those who work with us through our opt-in membership, which includes tailored referrals, invitations to our socials in Mill Hill, free CPD workshops, peer supervision, website listing, private practice support and much more.

We also strive to match clients up with appropriate vetted and fully qualified practitioners within our extensive network to help ensure that anyone looking for mental health support can receive the help that they need immediately. You can use our filter system to find the right practitioner for you or fill in our contact form.

Starting off in private practice, I was looking for a room to rent on an ad hoc basis and the MHTH was absolutely perfect. Rooms are in a great location, lovely and filled with all the things you could possibly need. Marc and Saskia are so helpful and literally think of everything and it couldn’t be easier to book the rooms. And not only that but you get referrals, invites to socials with other therapists and access to WhatsApp groups to help network. Highly recommend the hub as a wonderful and friendly place for any therapist looking for space.

I have found a therapy haven. I was looking for somewhere to hold sessions and have been very fortunate to have found the pot of gold that is the Mill Hill Therapy Hub. The therapy space is perfect, there are stocked resources and a cosy and comfortable therapeutic space. Everything is coordinated and managed with heart and soul and in nurturing the space for both client and therapist. I am so grateful for all that this has provided and for the attention to detail that the owners have put into it. I can not recommend the Mill Hill Therapy enough - it has brought me so much professional joy and opportunity. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do.

About Us

The Mill Hill Therapy Hub is owned and run by husband and wife team, Marc and Saskia Joss.

Saskia is a child therapist, author and anxiety podcast co-host specialising in anxiety at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub on Sunbury Avenue with a penchant for design (including therapy rooms), a solution to every problem and a relentlessly positive outlook which she naturally instils in those around her. She also loves crafting, filling and maintaining our little libraries on our Hale Drive site and takes great pride in organising the Mill Hill Therapy Hub socials for our opt-in members and running peer supervision for our child therapists.

Marc, the Mill Hill Therapy Hub practice manager, has an eye on every room calendar apart from when he’s watching Arsenal. Marc’s efficiency and attention to detail ensure that practitioners know they’ll have the perfect, clean and quiet place to see clients and that anything they need will be provided while they work at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, including for those who don’t rent our therapy rooms. He is a football translator and interpreter when not managing the Hub.
