Bio:

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Counselling Using the Arts from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education. My approach is integrative and humanistic, offering a creative, supportive space for children to express their emotions through a variety of tools and resources. This allows children and young people to explore their experiences in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them, whether that is through talking therapy or through using resources when words are difficult to find.

With extensive experience as a freelance counsellor in primary and secondary schools, as well as charities Grief Encounter and The London Jewish Family Centre, I've had the privilege of supporting children and families through a wide range of challenges.

Sessions and the working relationship is compassion focussed and non-judgemental, aiming to create a safe, secure environment for children and young people to explore their identities and develop healthy coping strategies for life's challenges. Sessions are child-led but I always hold the reasons for referral in mind.
