Bio:
Caron Barruw was born in South Africa, grew up and trained in the USA, and moved to London, England, in 1999. Over a 27-year career, she was the VP of Organisational Development at Bumble and Bumble NY and worked with the Florida Panthers (NHL). In 2000, she set up Power-U Ltd with Glenn Barruw, Ph.D., in London, England.
Power-U Ltd consults with companies, individuals, and couples. Over the past 24 years, it has developed into a global consulting practice specialising in mental wellness.Member BACP.
Caron is the co-founder of Youranchor.com, a bespoke community for the mental health profession, launching in May 2025.
