Job title: Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Pronouns: She/her

Bio:

I am a dedicated Psychodynamic Psychotherapist specializing in work with children, adolescents, and families. I earned my master’s degree from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and I am registered with the TSP and BPC.

With many years of experience supporting young people, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of child and adolescent development and the challenges faced by families today. My work in schools and with parents has provided me with valuable insights into the dynamics of home, school, and social environments, allowing me to offer informed, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs.

In my practice, I draw upon psychodynamic principles to create a safe, reflective space where underlying emotions and patterns can be explored, empowering young people and their families to navigate difficulties with resilience and understanding. My goal is to support growth, healing, and positive change, helping families build stronger, healthier relationships.
