Bio:

Anna is a clinical psychologist who works with adults, adolescents and children. She is an accredited EMDR practitioner and uses an attached-informed approach, also drawing on Internal Family Systems. Anna worked in CAMHS for a number of years before focusing on her private practice.

Anna offers Video Interaction Guidance (VIG). VIG is a strengths-based, brief therapeutic intervention that promotes attunement, sensitivity, and mentalization through the use of video. It is used with parents and carers of children of all ages and can be used in a variety of relationships and contexts.
