As a Play Therapist I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and child- centred environment where children can express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through the natural language of play. By engaging in creative and therapeutic play, they can explore their inner world, process difficult experiences and develop healthy coping strategies. In addition, I have completed supporting study in Integrative Child Psychotherapy where I have a wealth of knowledge concerning children's behaviours, also using the arts. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect and understanding, incorporating a variety of Play Therapy techniques tailored to the individual needs of the child. These may include directive and non - directive methods, sand tray therapy, art based interventions and role play, among others. My commitment as a Play Therapist is to empower children to navigate challenges and foster emotional well - being, whilst working closely with the primary caregiver.
I am PTUK and APAC registered, hold private insurance and an up to date DBS.
