Bio:

Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychotherapist

Hello, I am Jo Rose.

I am here to provide a safe, supportive and nurturing space to reflect, explore, and express thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This process often leads to valuable insights and personal growth. As an integrative psychotherapist, I utilise a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs.

I have extensive experience of working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults, addressing a wide range of challenges and dilemmas.

When working with young people, I often incorporate creative approaches to facilitate access to thoughts and emotions. Adolescents benefit from a non-judgemental environment in which to explore the issues affecting them during this pivotal stage of life.

I support parents in navigating the challenges of parenthood by untangling complex dynamics and communication patterns while examining how one’s own upbringing influences current parenting styles. This process ultimately fosters a healthier family environment.

With adults, I use my training and experience to explore how past events, particularly those from childhood, shape current life. This understanding guides meaningful and positive change.
