Bio:

We all have our own reasons for wanting to reach out and talk to someone; whether you’re struggling with anxiety, experiencing relationship difficulties, dealing with the aftermath of trauma or bereavement, or a lifetime of things have been building up and you’re feeling stuck. Sharing your burden with someone who will listen without judgement can be the first step towards healing.

Therapy with me is a warm, compassionate space where you will be heard, valued and respected. We’ve all taken our own paths to get where we are and have been shaped by the way we move through the world, with our own histories, bodies and combinations of cultural, ethnic, religious, gender, relationship and sexual differences. My therapy reflects that, working with and respecting all aspects of your experience and who you are as a person.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I build the therapy around you and what you need. I work relationally and draw on a range of therapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred, trauma-informed and body psychotherapy.

I trained at The Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading institutes for Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of The Relational School.
