Bio:

Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with over 20 years’ experience supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children and young people. I have been fortunate to build my career within the charity sector, schools, and local CAMHS.

I provide therapy to children experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relational difficulties, or periods of emotional overwhelm. I am experienced in working with neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. I have a particular interest in supporting children following experiences of trauma, including abuse, domestic violence, divorce and bullying.

Above all, I am deeply committed to creating spaces in which children feel safe to explore and feel confident that they are being heard. Through the use of narrative, creative arts and reflective approaches, I help children to tell their stories, make sense of their experiences, process big emotions and build agency and self-esteem.
