Sunbury Avenue Art and Play Room
Opened in February 2026, our art and play room on Sunbury Avenue in Mill Hill is perfect for practitioners working with children and creative therapists who use art materials in their work.
A Creative Space for Art and Play Therapy
Equipped with a sand tray, dolls house, paint, clay, slime-making materials, games and much more, this room is perfect for children who are able to express their feelings through art and play.
With a large sink inside the room and a loo in the adult room next door, the perfect set-up is in place for creative sessions.
We also have a secure storage unit with large folders for client work.
With two stunning armchairs and a comfortable sofa, the space can also be used for talking therapy for our standard rate of £15 per hour before 15:00 (latest start time at 14:00) and from 18:30 onwards Monday-Friday.
Access is via a smart lock so you don’t need to worry about keys.

Ad hoc bookings are accepted subject to availability on Therapeuta.
A short walk from Apex Corner and Mill Hill Broadway, several buses stop nearby and there is off street parking right outside at all times except for 11-12 Monday-Friday.
The room is open from 8am till 10pm every day.

Our Sunbury Avenue site is around a 10-minute walk from Mill Hill Broadway Thameslink station and is served by many local buses (221, 240, 292, 303, 384, 688). Free street parking right outside except for 11-12 Monday-Friday.
