Finding the right space to grow your practice shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. We know that as a therapist your environment is everything. It’s the backdrop to breakthroughs, the container for big emotions and the place where you spend a huge chunk of your week.
At the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, we (Saskia and Marc) have worked hard to create spaces that we’d actually want to sit in ourselves. We aren’t just a faceless corporation; we’re a family-run business focused on community. Whether you are looking for therapy room rental options or a specific rent counselling room setup, we have four distinct spaces designed to make you and your clients feel immediately at ease.
Here’s a quick video tour of all four rooms:
Let’s take a look around our two Mill Hill locations.
Hale Drive: The Oasis of Calm
Our first stop is Hale Drive, home to two calm adult rooms. If you are searching for a therapy room to rent near me that feels less like an office and more like a sanctuary, this is it. We often call Hale Drive our “oasis of calm” because of its peaceful energy and light.
It’s currently getting a bit of a glow-up, too! Between February and March 2026, we are refurbishing the space to ensure it stays fresh, modern and incredibly comfortable. One of the biggest perks of this location is the free parking available right on the driveway, making it stress-free for both you and your clients to arrive on time.

Sunbury Avenue: Purpose-Built Professionalism
Just a stone’s throw away is our Sunbury Avenue location, which has two rooms in total: one professional adult space and one dedicated child and creative room. These spaces were purpose-built with therapy in mind. Forget thin walls and clinical lighting; these rooms are designed for privacy, warmth and professional focus.
Our adult room at Sunbury Avenue is the definition of “peaceful and professional.” It’s a great fit if you want a therapy room rental space that feels polished without being clinical. It’s uncluttered, stylish and provides the ideal neutral ground for deep work.

The Creative Haven: Our Dedicated Child Room
Also at Sunbury Avenue is our specialist child and adolescent therapy room. We know that working with younger clients requires more than just two chairs and a box of tissues. This room is fully stocked with everything a creative practitioner needs to facilitate play and expression.
You’ll find a beautiful dolls house, a sand tray, art materials and plenty of toys to help children feel safe enough to share their world. If you’ve been looking for therapy room hire that specifically caters to play therapy or creative arts, this room is a rare find in the area.

More Than Just a Room
When you choose therapy rooms to rent with us, you aren’t just getting four walls. You’re getting a workspace that actually works. We’ve obsessed over the small details so you don’t have to. Every one of our rooms comes with:
- High-speed WiFi: Because nobody wants their session interrupted by a buffering wheel.
- Climate Control: Smart radiators and fans in every room so you can find that “just right” temperature.
- The Essentials: Fresh tea, coffee and water to keep you hydrated.
- Professional Cleaning: Our spaces are kept sparkling and hygienic.
- Ease of Access: Free parking is a given, which is a lifesaver.

We aren’t just about rent therapy room transactions; we are about people. While Marc might be busy checking the room calendars (unless Arsenal are playing), and Saskia is busy ensuring everything runs seamlessly, we are always here to support our practitioners.
If you’re looking for therapy room hire and want to be part of a warm, inclusive and professional network, we’d love to meet you. You can check out our rooms and pricing page to see current availability or browse our list of incredible therapists who already call the Hub home.
