Bio:

My name is Hayley Scott.  I am a mum, certified Therapeutic Parent Coach, Trustee of a UK Children's charity, and a Counsellor for a Teen helpline and a mentor for University students.

As a Therapeutic Parent Coach I work with parents of children of all ages, from toddlers and young children through to teenagers.  I help parents navigate everything from early childhood tantrums and separation anxiety to adolescent defiance, school avoidance, and the particular challenges of parenting children with anxiety, ADHD, and autism.

My work is 100% Parent centric.  Helping parents understand the root of what's happening in their family.  We begin by working on their own parenting patterns, limiting beliefs, and triggers, based on nervous system regulation, attachment science and emotional regulation.   Understanding that all behaviour is communication, we look beneath at the whole system to get to the root of what's happening for them and their families.

Thereafter, once  parents understand WHY they do what they do, and with effective tools to change it for the better, they then show up for their children in an entirely different way.

They build a genuinely better home life, based on more connection, effective boundaries, repair, and understanding - which is transformational.   The sticky behaviours that brought them to my clinic often melt away once the child is getting what they need, and if not, we work specifically on each child's deeper needs once the foundation of the home is solid.

I offer packages either one to one (individuals) or as a couple.  Plus I offer a Parenting through Separation programme alongside a mediator (Rachel Jaysan).  Together we support those couples with both the practical, legal and emotional side of co-parenting and separation - minimising conflict and helping to avoid the adverse impact of divorce on the children.
