Hi!

I am a child and adolescent counsellor , with over a decade of experience working with children, young people and families across northwest London.

I work with children and young people from around 4 to 18 — through play with younger children, and more directly with teenagers — offering a space where they can feel heard and accepted without pressure or judgement. I also work closely with the parents and carers around the child, because I know that understanding the whole picture is part of how change happens.

Much of my work has been in schools and community settings, including with a leading children’s mental health charity. I bring that experience — of working with children in complex, real-world circumstances — into my private practice at Sunbury Avenue.

I offer an initial assessment to understand what your child is experiencing and whether counselling feels like the right step, as well as a free 20-minute conversation beforehand if you’d like to talk things through first.
