Bio:

Yasmin is a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist specialising in Relational Transactional Analysis. She works with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions or the impact of difficult past or recent experiences.

Therapy with Yasmin offers a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process, shaped around each person’s unique story, needs and pace.

Working relationally means exploring how our past experiences can influence the way we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others in the present. Yasmin helps clients recognise patterns that may no longer serve them, develop greater emotional awareness and self-trust, and find new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Yasmin has a particular interest in supporting people navigating questions of identity, belonging, relationships and cultural change. She welcomes clients from all genders, sexualities and cultural backgrounds, and is LGBTQ+ aware.

Yasmin offers both short-term and longer-term psychotherapy, depending on what feels most appropriate for the individual.
