The Beyond Talking workshop with Rotem Metfield to

The Beyond Talking workshop with Rotem Metfield took place at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub in early October and we're looking back with gratitude on a thoughtful, energising session. 🌿✨

🔸 Movement and gentle exercises
🔸 New ways to notice and experience connection
🔸 A warm, welcoming space to learn and share
🔸 Role play with no words

We're grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create such a lovely sense of community. 💫
