Saskia is a BACP-accredited child therapist specialising in working with children with anxiety.

She uses an integrative humanistic approach to create a real relationship with clients and their families. She provides a creative space for children and adolescents to explore their feelings.

Through the use of art equipment, role play and games to engage and calm children of all ages, she is able to find the root of what is going on at their pace.

Saskia is the author of "Help! My Child's Anxiety is Giving Me Anxiety", which was published in April 2025 by Headline.

Saskia also co-hosts a weekly podcast by Global called "Help! My Child's Anxious" with her mother, Vanessa Feltz.
