Bio:

I am an adult, child, adolescent and family psychotherapist with a special interest in supporting parents with challenging behaviour and primary aged children. I have two masters degrees, am a qualified EMDR, sand tray and adoption focused therapist as well as having completed additional training in working with autism and PDA. I am registered and accredited by the BACP and offer easy to master parenting strategies on my Instagram @the.therapy.shed. I run and am based at the Kingston Therapy Hub.
