Bio:

Hello, I'm Elizabeth Plaskow, a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children, young people and families, with a passion for helping my clients navigate the challenges of growing up.

I trained at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I have worked for over eight years in the NHS with Child and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and five years in both primary and secondary schools as a child counsellor. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where children and young adults can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive.

I'm committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to young people up to 25 years old and have extensive experience in helping children and teens overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and behavioural challenges.
