Throughout my career as a psychologist, I always believed that every individual needs a space. A space where we can talk without being judged, a space where we can share our perspective and an atmosphere where your thoughts would be respected. I would like to provide that space, even one where you just want to share. It is the space where trust is built mutually between the patient and the therapist from the very first session.
I believe that therapy is the space where individuals can actualize their potential.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach as I believe that therapy is tailored to the individual’s needs. I draw techniques from CBT, DBT, Interpersonal approach, existential and client centred therapy.
What I can help with
My areas of experience include Anxiety (GAD &; SAD), OCD, Depression, Borderline personality disorder, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, stress and self-harm among other issues. If there is anything that you would like to have a chat about, we can.
It is a unique and beautiful journey that you would undertake. It would be encouraging to see you take whatever skills or strategies I provide and incorporate them into your life in a seamless manner.
Take that step and reach out.
My qualifications
I have a Master of Arts degree in Psychology. I am registered with the HCPC as a counselling psychologist. I have pursued Well-Being, Disability & Enhancement course at University of Oxford, Department For Continuing Education. I have also pursued (distance) forensic psychology and criminal profiling from International Forensic Sciences. I am trained in ADOS II Assessment. I am a Research Ambassador at CNWL NHS Foundation Trust by Noclor. Currently, I am a Principal investigator on an ongoing project between CNWL NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
