I know how hard it can be to begin the search for the right therapist and I have a genuine passion for creating an open, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can share your concerns and struggles, whatever your background or story. My commitment to this work comes from a deep desire to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, fostering resilience and self-discovery. Having experienced counselling myself, I truly understand how powerful it can be to feel seen and heard.
My approach is rooted in empathy, care and respect for your unique journey. I draw on evidence-based practices to provide effective, compassionate support. Whether you are facing difficulties or simply seeking space to explore yourself more deeply, I offer a safe and confidential environment where you can “just be” and feel listened to without judgement.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work with Mind in Hillingdon, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns. I have also worked with Barnet Bereavement Services, where I supported clients coping with grief and loss. It has been a privilege to sit with people during their most difficult moments and to witness their journey towards self awareness and often through powerful “no wonder” moments of insight.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I blend Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches to create a flexible framework tailored to your emotional, cognitive, and behavioural needs. My work often involves reflecting on early experiences and relationships to better understand current patterns. There are parts of ourselves we may not fully know or understand and I aim to hold space for those deeper layers to emerge and be explored in a way that brings clarity. I work relationally, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. My aim is to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, work toward your counselling goals and experience meaningful personal growth.
