Bio:

Hi, I'm Daniella and I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs, because I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. You are unique, and my aim is to shape therapy around you. My core way of working brings together person-centred and psychodynamic perspectives, while also drawing on CBT techniques when helpful. Please feel free to take a look at my website which will explain these approaches a little bit more. This flexibility allows us to work in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

I work with adults facing many different challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, neurodiversity, identity, and the impact of health conditions. I also support people exploring questions around gender, sexuality, or cultural background. Whatever you bring, I aim to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and respected for who you are.

Alongside my private practice, I have undertaken clinical training within an NHS mental health outpatient service, where I gained experience supporting a diverse range of clients. I also volunteer with a mental health charity that provides low-cost support to individuals from varied backgrounds. I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and follow the professional codes set by BACP. Confidentiality, respect, and trust are at the heart of my work, and your wellbeing will always be my priority

MY QUALIFICATIONS:
MA in counselling and psychotherapy (Regent’s University London)
