Bio:

I’m an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist working with adults, adolescents and children in Mill Hill and online. I’m an accredited EMDR practitioner and EMDR Consultant-in-training. I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including trauma, anxiety and low mood, offering a supportive space to work through difficult experiences and make meaningful change.

I specialise in integrating EMDR with IFS, which can help us understand and work compassionately with the different parts of ourselves that may have developed in response to difficult experiences. I find this creates a gentle, supportive approach to processing distressing memories, helping you to feel more settled, connected and able to move forward.

I worked in CAMHS for a number of years before focusing on my private practice.

I offer group and individual EMDR supervision.
