Bio:

With 30 years in private practice, an MA in Counselling Psychology and a PhD in Relational Dynamics and Development, I specialise in helping others find "thriving joy". Having worked with thousands of couples and families, I have been humbled by their vulnerability and courage, and continue to support and facilitate change.

My Expertise Includes:

β€’ Imago Relationship Therapy: A cornerstone of my practice, helping couples move from hopelessness to satisfaction.

β€’ Conscious Uncoupling: Supporting couples as they come to a completion of their relationship and make the choice to say goodbye to one another. Facilitating a conscious process and navigating the complexities and layers through separation and divorce, offering the potential and hope for redefining their relationship.

β€’ Parent-Teen/Adult Encounters: Facilitating a specialised therapeutic process to bridge the gap between parents and their adolescent or adult children.

β€’ Relational Ethics & Supervision: Providing training and clinical supervision for professionals in the field of couples therapy.

β€’ Development and promotion of short learning courses: Creating and sourcing CPD content for mental healthcare practitioners with Calabash.Courses

β€’ Workplace Partnerships: Applying relational dynamics to professional environments to promote effective collaboration.

In every interaction, I remain a student of my clients.
