Bio:

I am a Clinical Psychologist who believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person is unique, and I see my role as working alongside you to understand your experiences and tailor psychological support to your needs, goals, and preferences. I understand that everyone’s experiences and story are unique, and aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and respectful.

I have over five years of experience working therapeutically with people across the lifespan in the NHS, supporting individuals experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, my focus is on helping you make sense of your experiences and finding ways to move forward.

I am accredited with the BABCP and am trained in and enjoy pulling on a range of different therapy interventions including CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy and EMDR. Life can be full of unpredictable, scary and negative experiences and I have a particular interest in helping people navigate the impacts, helping people to reconnect with themselves and reclaim a sense of safety, hope, and agency in their lives.
