Bio:

I am a warm, compassionate, and client-centred counsellor with over 500 clinical hours supporting adults through emotional and psychological difficulties. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences openly and at their own pace.

My approach is collaborative and relational. I believe therapy is a journey unique to each person, and I see myself as walking alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and support as you navigate life’s challenges and move towards greater self-understanding and healing.

I also have a particular interest in maternal mental health and supporting women through the emotional transitions of motherhood. This includes pregnancy, postnatal depression, identity changes, burnout, relationship shifts, anxiety, and feelings of isolation or loss of self that can arise during the parenting journey.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially during periods of emotional vulnerability. My aim is to provide a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgement.

I work in a gentle, supportive, and reflective way, helping clients develop insight, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection with themselves.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical framework and best practice guidance.

I work with those navigating some of the following ares:

Grief

Anxiety

Depression

Shame

Relationships

Trauma

Fertility / Baby loss

Parenthood

Counselling for Adolescents (Ages 16–18)

I provide professional counselling for adolescents and young people aged 16–18, offering a safe, confidential, and supportive space to talk about the challenges that can arise during the teenage years. As an adolescent counsellor, I work with young people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, exam pressure, school or college difficulties, family issues, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and emotional wellbeing difficulties.

Adolescence can be a time of significant change, and having the right support can make a real difference. Through counselling, young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, improve self-confidence, and gain a greater understanding of themselves.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach tailored to each individual, helping adolescents navigate life's challenges and support their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are seeking counselling for anxiety, low mood, confidence issues, or simply need someone to talk to, I provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

  • Depression and low mood

  • Self-esteem and confidence
