Bio:

Yetunde Onifade is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over six years of CBT practice and more than 20 years’ experience in mental health. She began her career at City and Hackney MIND, providing one-to-one counselling for clients experiencing a range of challenges including trauma, emotional distress, and bereavement.

She has worked in NHS services with iCOPE (Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust) and in private healthcare with Nuffield Health, delivering evidence-based interventions in supporting clients with generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, health anxiety, sleep difficulties, depression, and low self-esteem. She has a specialist interest in working with chronic pain and dyspraxia. In her practice, she uses a client-centred, culturally attuned, and structured approach to foster resilience and wellbeing, especially among women and individuals from ethnic minority groups and those with faith-based concerns.

Yetunde holds an MSc in Counselling Psychology (University of Lagos), a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (King’s College London), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Interventions (University College London).
