Every therapy room has its own feel. The right choice depends on who you work with, where your clients travel from and how your diary takes shape. At the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, we have four adult rooms across Mill Hill and Hendon, each with its own combination of furniture, facilities and opening hours. Here’s a practical comparison to help you find a good fit. 🌿
Hale Drive Adult Room 1
Our original adult room opened in summer 2022. It has two comfortable patchwork armchairs, a high-back office chair and calming panel wallpaper. Practitioners can borrow a book from the bookcase, and there’s a sand tray for sessions where it’s useful.
High-speed Wi-Fi supports online therapy. A water dispenser is next door and the tea and coffee station is by the desk. The room is a seven-minute walk from Mill Hill Broadway. Free street parking is available outside, except from 11am to midday Monday to Friday. Virtual visitor permits cost £2.50 if your booking is between 11am and midday.

Hale Drive Adult Room 2
Opened in March 2026, this room has two comfortable blue armchairs, a sofa and a spacious desk with a high-back office chair. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee station in the room, a water dispenser in the waiting area and loo access in the same building.
It shares the Hale Drive location and parking arrangements with Room 1. Its booking options include hourly bookings and monthly blocks, with standard blocks of three or four hours.

Sunbury Avenue Adult Room
Our largest adult room opened in February 2026 and is designed to suit individual, couples and family work. It has two green armchairs, a sofa, a desk and office chair, plus high-speed Wi-Fi, a sand tray, a water dispenser and tea and coffee facilities. There’s loo access in the same building.
It’s around a 10-minute walk from Mill Hill Broadway and served by many buses. Free parking is available in a numbered space on the driveway at all times for therapy room users. The room is open 8am–10pm every day of the year, including bank holidays. Rates are £15 per hour for members and £16 for non-members, or £50 for four consecutive hours.

Hendon Therapy Hub
Off Station Road in NW4, our purpose-built garden room offers a peaceful setting, two armchairs and a sofa. Practitioners enter via a side gate, while clients ring the doorbell. The Hub is around a 10-minute walk from Hendon Central and Hendon Thameslink stations. Free parking is available outside, except from 10am to 11am Monday to Friday.
It’s open Sunday to Thursday 7am–10pm and Friday 7am–5pm, and closed on Saturdays. Bookings start at one hour. The hourly rate is £15, with consecutive three-hour bookings at £40 and four-hour bookings at £50. Invoices are issued on the first of each month for the previous month.

Free parking restrictions apply Monday to Friday at each location. At the Mill Hill sites, a driveway may be available during the restricted hour where possible, and virtual visitor permits cost £2.50.
What about booking times and availability?
All four rooms can be booked ad hoc or for regular slots. Start times can be on the hour, quarter past, half past or quarter to. You can also book sessions of 1 hour 15 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes or other combinations, so the room can work around your clients’ needs. All rooms have smart locks, so there are no keys to collect or return. 🔑
