At the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, we’ve always believed that the best work happens when we feel supported, connected and part of something bigger. What started as a small, family-run passion project has blossomed into a vibrant community of practitioners across London. We now have six beautiful rooms across four locations, and honestly, we’re just getting started! 🌿✨
We are relentlessly positive about the future of private practice and the incredible impact our therapists have on their clients. Because of this, we are always on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our network and grow our little family. If you have a therapy space that is already up and running and you’ve been thinking about how to take it to the next level, we would absolutely love to have a chat with you about partnering up.
Why do we love what we do?
The heart of the Mill Hill Therapy Hub isn’t just about four walls and a comfortable sofa (though we do take great pride in our sofas!). It’s about the people. When we first opened our doors, we realised that many therapists feel quite isolated in private practice. You’re often working alone, managing your own bookings and trying to handle your own marketing while also giving your all to your clients. It’s a lot to carry.
We wanted to create a space where the "business bits" feel seamless and streamlined, leaving you free to focus on what you do best. Whether it’s filling and maintaining our little libraries in the rooms or keeping a close eye on every room calendar to ensure things run smoothly, we pour our hearts into making the Hub a warm and inclusive place to be. 📚💖
Are you a room owner looking for a partner?
Perhaps you have a beautiful therapy room in London that isn't being used to its full potential. Or maybe you're a practitioner who has invested in a space and is now looking to share it with a wider community without the headache of managing every single hourly booking yourself.
We are always looking for new sites to add to our collection. If your space is already operational and fits the "Hub vibe", meaning it’s peaceful, professional and welcoming, we’d love to explore how we can work together. 🤝🛋️
When we partner with a new space, we don't just list it; we bring it into our ecosystem. This means:
- Marketing support: We advertise our rooms and our practitioners across social media and our website.
- A streamlined booking system: We take the stress out of the "when and where" with our efficient processes.
- Community integration: Your space becomes a home for our growing list of members.
If this sounds like something you’d like to discuss, the best first step is to book a time to chat with Marc directly via his Calendly link. We’re always open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
What makes a "Hub" room special?
We have a bit of a penchant for detail. We know that the environment a therapist works in is just as important as the therapy itself. That’s why we look for spaces that offer:
- Natural light and peaceful surroundings: Our rooms, like the one at Hale Drive, often overlook gardens or have a sense of calm that instils a feeling of safety.
- Quality furnishings: We love a velvet armchair and a well-placed clock! 🕰️
- Accessibility and ease: Simple things like reliable Wi-Fi and easy loo access make a world of difference to a busy practitioner.
If you have pictures or a description of your space ready to go, please do share them with us. It helps us get a feel for the atmosphere you’ve created. We’re especially interested in spaces that offer that "home away from home" feeling that our clients and therapists have come to expect from the Mill Hill Therapy Hub.
The benefits of being part of our community
Joining the Hub isn’t just about renting a room; it’s about joining a network of like-minded professionals. We offer an annual membership for therapists which has become a real cornerstone of what we do. Our members get listed on our website, receive referrals from us and are invited to our regular CPD and social events.

We’ve found that these social connections are so important. Whether it’s a coffee in Mill Hill or one of our more formal CPD workshops, having a group of peers to talk to makes the journey of private practice much more enjoyable. We’ve seen beautiful collaborations and friendships form within the Hub, and it’s something we’re incredibly proud of. 🥂✨
Our practitioners page is a testament to the diverse range of expertise within our community. From person-centred counsellors to therapeutic parent coaches, everyone brings something unique to the table. When you partner with us, you aren't just getting a management service; you're becoming a vital part of this thriving ecosystem.
How to get started
If you’re sitting in your therapy room right now thinking, "I’d love to be part of this," we want to hear from you. We don't believe in overcomplicated contracts or corporate jargon. We’re about transparency, openness and building relationships that last.
Here is how you can reach out:
- Book a chat: Use Marc’s Calendly to find a time that works for you. A 20-minute introductory call is a great way for us to get to know each other.
- Send us the details: If you have photos of your room or a brief description of the location and facilities, please have those ready. We love seeing the care and attention that people put into their therapeutic spaces.
- Visit our sites: If you want to see how we do things, feel free to look at our existing locations like the Hendon Therapy Hub or the Kingston Therapy Hub.
We’re also happy to chat about more than just room partnerships. If you’re a therapist looking to grow your practice and want to know more about our annual membership, or if you’re looking for a room to rent by the hour, our door is always open.
Building something together
The world of mental health and wellbeing is always evolving, and we want to stay at the forefront of that by providing the very best environments for healing. We know that for many, finding the right room is the first step toward building a successful private practice. By expanding our reach, we can help more therapists find their professional home.
We handle the administrative side with efficiency and attention to detail so that you don't have to. From the moment a practitioner joins us, we aim to make their experience as "warm" and "seamless" as possible. That same philosophy applies to our partners. We want our relationship with you to be just as supportive as the one we have with our therapists.
Are you ready to see what we can build together? Whether you have a single room or a whole building, we’re excited to explore the possibilities. Let’s make the Mill Hill Therapy Hub even better, one room at a time. 🌿🏠🙌
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact page or book that call with Marc. We can’t wait to meet you!
