Therapy can be a lonely profession. You spend your day holding space for others, but who holds space for you? At the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, we don’t think therapy should feel like a solo sport. We’re here for the community side of private practice too.
That’s why we’re really excited to launch our new Child Practitioner Supervision Group for qualified therapists and adult practitioners who work with children within the Mill Hill Therapy Hub community.
Monthly support for experienced child practitioners
This group is for practitioners who have been qualified for at least two years and are already actively practising. It’s a monthly space for reflective practice, thoughtful discussion, and support from other experienced therapists who understand the reality of working with children and young people.
We want it to feel useful, grounded, and genuinely supportive. Not like a tick-box exercise.
At the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, we know that child therapy work asks a lot of you. It takes creativity, energy, emotional resilience, and constant reflection. That’s exactly why we wanted to create a space where experienced practitioners can come together, share insight, and learn from each other.

Who is it for?
To keep the group focused and high-level, this is for:
- Hub Members only
- Practitioners qualified for 2+ years
- Therapists with an active, thriving practice

Meet the Hub practitioners
Our supervision group is made up of some truly inspiring child and adolescent practitioners. Here are a few familiar faces you’ll meet in the Hub:
- Jo Bradburn: A child therapist who specialises in play and creative arts therapy.
- Janine Tamman: A BACP-accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in creative and talking therapies.
- Esther Ebbing: A psychodynamic psychotherapist for children, young people and families.
- Rommy Simon: A Play Therapist with over 25 years of experience in early years education and trauma-informed training.
Want to join?
The Mill Hill Therapy Hub is about more than just beautiful rooms. We want to help child therapists feel supported, connected, and part of something that really understands this work.
If you’re a Hub member and this sounds like your kind of group, we’d love to hear from you. Contact us or catch us around the Hub for a chat.
